VI. Park Lane Landscaping
a. Thank you to Steve Durham
b. Plant choice was decided by board members and Steve Durham. Chosen to enhance the wall and conceal the crumbling wall. Cost to remove the wall was estimated at $65K. A green option was chosen because it was less expensive at $7,200. Photenias were also chosen because of durability. Per Calloways, if a weed or grass can grow, photenia can grow. Also, purchased through Calloways because there is a lifetime warranty on the plants.
VII. Powerwashing
a. Walnut Hill wall is in the process of being powerwashed. Should be completed by March 23rd. Both sides of the wall to be washed.
VIII. Crime Watch Process
a. Don Averitt call 911 & email Don to notify neighborhood of security alert at averittd@swbell.net
b. Julie Schwartz First Watch security service for a fee
1. Bud Anguwin, Jr Director of Operations for First Watch shared info on goals and services of First Watch.
1. More Windsor Park residents are joining. You will notice more First Watch patrol cars in the area. Also, motorcycles in training, in the area as well.

3. The more people that join, the lower the cost for Windsor Park residents
4. First Watch will monitor your alarm for $19/mo.

3. Make Boedeker two lane again with lighting, turn lanes, canopy of trees, connect our neighborhood with NorthPark and other bike trails.
4. A motion was voted on and we, as a neighborhood, support the Nasher Trail.
